Hello Holly Harvest Vendors,

Reserve your space at the 2010 Holly Harvest Bazaar TODAY! As a returning
vendor we are giving you a chance to reserve early at last years prices if
you book by September 8th. For the first time ever we are contacting you
by email. I have attached our Vendor Application Form and Instruction
Sheet in a Word format.

Last year we had a wonderful collection of wares is sure to please
everyone with gourmet food, entertaining items, home décor, unique
clothing, items to pamper, gifts for kids, exquisite jewelry, artist and
photography, traditional hand crafted items like quilts and knits, purses
and totes in every style and shape, skincare, accessories from around the
world and many other unique items! Your wonderful displays made our event
a huge success and we were able to donate a significant amount to our
Community Outreach.

Again this year we will Raffle a Major Item at 3:15pm. This helps improve
afternoon traffic because the winner must be present to win! We are
considering smaller raffles throughout the day. Santa Claus will make and
appearances several times and return to announce the Raffle winner! Raffle
tickets will be sold in advance and throughout the day at the bazaar. You
may want to take a chance yourself!
